Shipping + Returns
LaNatura Spa will accept a return on products purchased directly from LaNaturaSpa.com if the product shows a manufacturers defect and only if authorized by LaNatura Spa. Please contact Customer Service for more information on returning a product. Please include your order number and contact information in the email.
Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to LaNatura by email within 3 days of delivery.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on approved returns. Return freight must be paid by customer.
Products not purchased from LaNaturaSpa.com or directly from our offices are not eligible for return.
Returned Shipments Policy:
If you are unable to receive your order or have given the incorrect address to LaNatura, you will be charged for the re-shipment of any orders returned to us, as well as any additional charges that LaNatura incurs. Please make sure to double check and verify your address on each order you place with us.
All shipping prices are determined at checkout. If you are interested in ordering bulk please contact us to get a quote. If you would like to place an order and have it shipped with your own FedEx or UPS account please contact customer service.
To accommodate changes on the website, changing technology, and legal developments, this policy may be changed at the sole discretion of LaNatura Spa without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person new versions of this policy will be posted here.
